Cell Processing Facility (CPC) Cell culture is carried out under strict hygiene controls as follows:
ISO class 5 (class 100) clean air is supplied inside the clean bench, so the inside is kept clean.
To grow and manage cells, cell processing facilities (CPCs) must reduce particle counts to extremely high standards and create germ-free rooms that are free of bacteria.
In addition, to ensure a high level of safety, we conduct virus tests etc. when the cells are received.
Furthermore, to prevent mistakes in sample collection, we have implemented barcode management (traceability system) and a strict quality control system, including history management of all processes, to establish an operational management system for cell culture.
