The Treatment Flow

Contact Us: Please gather any relevant documentation regarding your current health condition and symptoms (including medical examination reports or MRI scans from the last three months). When you are ready to proceed, please reach out to us, ensuring you include a copy of a government-issued photo ID (Passport).

Reservation: Upon receiving your inquiry, Helene staff will connect with you to coordinate your visit and schedule your appointment.

Reservation completed: You will be notified when your reservation is complete.

First Visit: First, you will complete an initial health assessment form, followed by a detailed consultation with our physician regarding stem cell therapy. Utilizing your provided medical data, we will design a custom therapy plan tailored to your specific health needs.

Stem Cell Extraction: We will perform a routine blood test and collect a small skin tissue sample (approximately 5mm) from behind the ear. The entire procedure takes about 20 minutes and is conducted under local anesthesia to ensure your complete comfort. Afterward, a nurse will carefully inspect the site and provide you with the necessary post-treatment medication.

Payment: Our clinic operates exclusively on a private, self-pay basis. Billing occurs at the time of your cell collection procedure, and we kindly request that payment be finalized once the collection is completed. We accept various secure payment methods, including UnionPay, Alipay, LINE Pay, and international bank transfers.

Cell Culture: Your stem cells will be cultivated in Helene in-house cell processing center (CPC), with a cultivation period of approximately four weeks. Please note that scheduling for your administration date will be officially arranged once the cell collection fee has been successfully finalized.

Day of Treatment: Prior to your procedure, our physician and medical team will present your diagnostic test results. We will then conduct a final review of the day's treatment protocol and administration method, during which you will have the unique opportunity to visually inspect your live stem cells firsthand. To preserve the optimal viability and potency of your stem cells, it is imperative that you arrive precisely at your scheduled date and time.

Administration: The stem cells will be administered by subcutaneous injection or intravenous (IV) drip infusion. The entire procedure takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour. During the administration, our physician will also carefully evaluate your cell sample collection site to ensure proper healing.

End of Treatment: Prior to your departure, our medical team will guide you through your comprehensive post-treatment care instructions. You will be provided with a specialized post-therapy follow-up questionnaire to be completed in three months, along with a printed reference sheet summarizing today's aftercare guidance. Please ensure you keep these instructions with you for your ongoing recovery.

After Returning Home: If you feel unwell or have any concerns, please contact us at any time. Our Helene doctor and/or medical team will respond promptly.

3 Month Later: Helene staff will reach out to you to collect your completed follow-up questionnaire and review your progress. Based on your feedback, our physician may provide further guidance or recommend additional routine diagnostic testing if necessary.

Completion: If you would like to arrange a return visit or receive additional treatment sessions, please contact us, and we will be pleased to accommodate your schedule.
