Cell cultivation at the Helene AO Building Clinic’s Cell Processing Center(CPC) is conducted under stringent protocols and top-tier sanitary standards. The biological safety cabinets (clean benches) are continuously supplied with ISO Class 5 (Class 100) purified air to maintain absolute internal sterility. To guarantee optimal cell growth and safety, the CPC operates under ultra-high benchmarks, minimizing particulate counts to sustain a completely sterile, bacteria-free environment.
Furthermore, to guarantee the highest safety standards, comprehensive viral screenings and rigorous testing are conducted upon cell intake. To eliminate the risk of sample misidentification, we have implemented an advanced barcode management framework, establishing a fully traceable monitoring system.
We have established a robust operational framework for cell cultivation, incorporating rigorous quality control protocols that feature comprehensive, end-to-end traceability across every stage of the process.
