2Counseling

You will be requested to complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire to map your detailed health history. Base on your health records and current clinical profile, our medical team will design a highly customized therapeutic tailored to your unique physiological needs.

3Cell Collection & Blood Sampling

The entire procedure approximately 20 minutes, and will use local anesthesia.
A small adipose tissue sample (approximately 5 mm in diameter) will be harvested from the discreet area behind the ear, after that the blood sampling will be taken.
The suture material is highly biocompatible, medical-grade bioabsorbable sutures.
After the cell sample being collected, Helene medical team will check the wound and provide you medicine.

4Payment

Helene clinic is an elective care clinic.
Counseling is free of charge, the payment will be required once the cell sample being collected.

5Cell Culture

We will begin to culture the stem cell and exosome at Helene in-house lab (CPC).
The cultivation period is roughly about 4 weeks.
The cell cultivation will according to your administration schedule, please refrain from changing or cancelling the administration date.

Helene Clinic In-house Lab (CPC)

Many regenerative medicine clinics currently obtain cultured cells by outsourcing cell culture operations or purchasing them from external sources. However, at our clinic, we have established an in-house CPC (Cell Processing Center), and all processes from collection to storage, culture, and testing are performed in the same laboratory, with everything centrally managed using barcodes. We meet management standards equivalent to GMP and have also obtained ISO 9001 certification.

Proprietary Medium Formulation

The most important factor in high-quality cell culture is the medium. At Helene clinic, we use "Helene Medium," a proprietary in-house developed culture medium specifically engineered for mesenchymal stem cells within our state-of-the-art laboratory. The growth curve and growth rate of this medium are stable, even without the serum presence. Also, it is thousand times faster in cultivation than other available medium. These experimental results have been presented at overseas conferences such as [1] ISCT (the International Society for Cellular Therapy) and [2] Cambridge International Stem Cell Symposium.
