Skin Rejuvenation
What Are Skin Stem Cells?
Within every human body lies a natural reservoir of specialized cells tasked with a vital mission: maintaining the integrity of tissues—such as the skin and blood—where individual cells possess short lifespans and undergo continuous turnover. To sustain this constant rejuvenation and replace cellular loss, our bodies rely on cells equipped with the extraordinary capacity to regenerate and replenish. These cellular architects are known as "stem cells." To be scientifically categorized as a true stem cell, the following twin definitive capabilities are absolutely essential:
One is the ability to produce the various cells that make up our bodies, such as skin, red blood cells, and platelets (differentiation ability), and the other is the ability to divide into cells with exactly the same abilities as itself (self-replication ability).
Stem cells are broadly divided into two types. One type is stem cells that continue to produce replacements for lost cells in specific tissues and organs, such as skin and blood. This type of stem cell is called a "somatic stem cell". Somatic stem cell cannot become anything; they have a specific role, such as hematopoietic stem cells that create blood and neural stem cells that create the nervous system. The other type is a "pluripotent stem cell," which can produce any cell in our body, like ES cells (embryonic stem cells).
In other words, pluripotent stem cells can also produce various somatic stem cells that exist in our bodies. iPS cells (induced pluripotent stem cells) are "pluripotent stem cells" artificially created from ordinary cells. Using these properties of "stem cells," research is underway on a new type of treatment called "regenerative medicine," which uses the cells themselves as medicine to heal injuries and diseases, and on reproducing the state of cells inside the body outside the body to investigate the mechanisms of disease.

Anti-aging Skin Care
Stem cells are incredible cells that have the unique ability to replace old cells and replenish the ones we’ve lost. As our skin ages, we naturally lose that baby-smooth skin, but those youthful "baby cells" actually stay with us even as we grow older. Those are the stem cells. They work to regenerate fresh, new skin and beautifully revive your own natural glow.
Perfect for Cellular Skin Injections
To keep your face looking youthful, the dermis—which serves as the very foundation of your skin—is the most important part. The main components of this dermis are "fibroblasts" and the "mesenchymal stem cells" they originate from. By injecting these cells, your skin begins to naturally produce its own essential dermal components, including collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
If the dermis is aging and has sustained tissue damage, the injected stem cells will naturally use "homing effect" on the damaged area (gathering there) to produce fresh collagen and actively repair the damage.
